A fundamentals class created to help you start strong and build confidence in the gym.

This session covers the basics of strength, cardio, and mobility with simple, guided movements perfect for beginners. 

You’ll learn proper form, develop consistency, and lay the groundwork for a safe, effective fitness journey.

What to Bring

Gym Wear & Shoes Comfortable sportswear and non-marking trainers.
Towel Keep yourself and equipment clean after use.
Registration QR Code Needed to attend the session.
Limited Capacity: sessions are limited to 20 participants. Please register only if you’re sure you’ll attend, so everyone has a fair chance to join. If your plans change, kindly cancel your spot so someone else can join. 🙏
